Facility Amenities Include:

 

• Rosecrans Villa is licensed for both Ambulatory and Non-Ambulatory residents
• Licensed for 135 beds
• Shared and private rooms available on both floors – rates and availability vary
• A connected Fire and Sprinkler Alarm system installed through-out the facility with manual pull stations and smoke detectors per Title 22 regulations
• TV and recreation rooms on both floors, including a library and pool table upstairs in the residents lounge
• Private garden and smoking patio
• Private Facility Parking Lot for residents, employees, and visitors
• Emergency pull-cord call system installed in every resident room and bathroom, with audio and visual monitoring stations through-out the facility
• Large 2 story facility with an elevator for safe ad convient assess to the second floor
• Facility is able to accommodate Electric and Manual Wheelchairs
• Hospice Waiver – approved by Community Care Licensing, which permits our facility to retain and/or admit a terminally ill resident that is under the care and supervision of a Licensed Hospice Agency

**Please note that Rosecrans Villa is not a locked facility, and we are not able to accept Dementia or Alzheimer clients at this time.
