About Us - Rosecrans Villa is a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE), licensed by the State of California, Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing (CCL) division. We are conveniently located in Hawthorne, CA, and are licensed for a capacity of 135 beds.

More About Our Facility - Our facility provides room and board to seniors (60 years or older), and to clients with mental and/or physical disabilities.
Our well-trained staff members are dedicated to providing quality care, supervision, and assistance to residents with their activities of daily living.
We are an open-door facility with awake staff 24hr/day. Rosecrans Villa caregivers are available 24-7 to assist residents with their ADL's (ie: personal hygiene, dressing, eating, toileting, walking, etc), and our facility has licensed LVN's on staff to meet the incidental medical needs of residents as ordered by their physicians.
Our facility Board and Care rates are determined by the Social Security Administration. (For current Supplemental Security Income/State Supplementary Payment (SSI/SSP) board and care rates, contact us at 310-675-9163. Food, rent, medication management, and housekeeping services are included in our monthly rent rate, and we do not charge for additional services like many other facilities do in our area. Rosecrans Villa is an affordable alternative for seniors that are unable to live their own, but do not yet require a skilled medical nursing facility. We currently accept residents receiving SSI/SSP benefits, as well private pay residents, and Medi-Cal beneficiaries enrolled in the ALW program.
Rosecrans Villa's Mission- Our goal is to improve our clients' quality of life, by providing them with a safe homelike environment, where they can maintain their independence, dignity and self-esteem, and receive the care required to keep them functioning at the highest possible level. We take pride in our facility and strive to provide the best care possibly to our residents.
